Behind FitPatt Services is Paty Younes— AKA ‘FitPatt’—a passionate health and fitness professional whose journey began in the medical field. As a registered nurse, Paty spent years caring for patients and understanding the vital link between physical well-being and overall health. Her dedication led her to study Certified Personal Training with the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), ensuring she was equipped with the highest standards of knowledge and practice.
What began as a personal commitment to train herself well soon caught the attention of others. In 2019, people started approaching Paty for guidance, drawn to her science-based approach, genuine empathy, and ability to tailor programs for every need—from prenatal and postnatal clients to athletes and beginners. Over the years, she has expanded her services to include nutrition coaching, sports performance training, and lifestyle habit building, all with one goal in mind: to empower each person to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. Today, FitPatt Services stands as a reflection of Paty’s belief that fitness is not just about exercise—it’s about unlocking human potential, one step at a time.
